New discount model for Avon consultants

Today I would like to introduce you to some new features of the Avon.
The new discount model came into effect on October 1st 2022. In January 2021, the last change to the discount model was avon
Since then, many consultants have complained because they didn’t really understand the cumulative, retrospective discount, or because the credit on the bill irritated them.
I thought it was great that no matter how many orders you made in a month, when you reach a higher level, you get profit for that level.
So the Avon decided we needed a change. Avon called this change recognition (Anerkennung) because they want to recognize those who work more, who sell a lot.
Avon Anerkennung is actually based on the loyalty program we used to have, which was changed in January last year. I really liked this loyalty program, and I guess I wasn’t the only one. It may be that many Consultants have written to Avon and that the program would be reinstated, albeit in a different form.
The recognition model consists of two parts.
The first is the variable discount model, valid for all Consultants who are new to Avon or have been with Avon for years.
From €1 to €99.99 10%
from €100 to €199.99 15%
from €200 to €394.99 25%
from €395 35%
The second part is to reward the consultants who have been with Avon longer and sell a lot for their work. It is calculated based on the last quarter and is valid for the next quarter.
It consists of 5 stages:
Tier 1 Bronze, from €1 to €299.99 quarterly sales. When a Consultant reaches this level, they have secured a 10% discount on all orders for the next quarter. If she has larger orders, she automatically gets the variable discount.
Tier 2 Silver, from €300 to €549.99 quarterly sales. When a Consultant reaches this level, they have secured a 15% discount on all orders for the next quarter. If she has larger orders, she automatically gets the variable discount.
Tier 3 Gold, from €550 to €1,099.99 quarterly revenue. When a Consultant reaches this level, they have secured a 25% discount on all orders for the next quarter. If she has larger orders, she automatically gets the variable discount.
Level 4 Platinum, from €1,100 to €3,299.99 quarterly sales. When a Consultant reaches this level, they have secured a 35% discount on all orders for the next quarter. If she has larger orders, she automatically gets the variable discount.
Level 5 Diamond, from, 3300 quarterly sales. When a Consultant reaches this level, they have secured a 38% discount on all orders for the next quarter. This discount is already greater than the variable discount, the highest win.
Only there are still some benefits that are divided according to the recognition level, I will not write them individually and for each level now.

Sounds a bit complicated at first, after reading through it a few times, or the benefits of your own level, it becomes easier.
The gifts have also changed. In quarter 4 2022, the advisors of level 1-2 can choose a gift in the month of November when they have reached a certain amount.
The level 3 advisors can choose between 2 gifts in November, depending on the amount they have reached.
For levels 4 and 5, vouchers are provided instead of the usual gifts from Avon products.
The vouchers can be redeemed at 200 providers, and you can choose what you want.
