Neues Rabattmodel für Avon Beraterinnen
Hallo ihr lieben und herzlich willkommen auf meinem Blog.
Heute möchte ich euch einige Neuerungen beim Avon vorstellen.
Mit 1. Oktober tritt das neue Rabattmodel ein. Im Januar 2021 war die letzte Änderung bei der Rabattmodel von Avon.
Seitdem haben sich viele Beraterinnen beschwert, weil sie das Kumulierte, rückwirkender Rabat nicht wirklich verstanden haben, oder weil sie dieser Gutschrift am Rechnung irritiert hat.
Ich fand es toll, dass man egal wie viele Bestellungen in einem Monat gemacht hat, wenn man eine höhere Stufe erreicht hat, das Gewinn für diese Stufe kassiert.
Also hat die Avon entschieden, dass wir eine Veränderung brauchen. Diese Veränderung hat Avon , Anerkennung genannt, weil sie diejenige anerkennen wollen, die mehr arbeiten, sie viel verkaufen.
Avon Anerkennung ist eigentlich basiert auf der Treue Programm, das wir früher gehabt haben, und im Januar letztes Jahres verabschiedet würde. Mir hat dieses Treue Programm gut gefallen, und ich denke da war ich nicht die einzige. Kann sein, dass viele Beraterinnen Avon angeschrieben haben und deshalb das Programm wieder eingeführt würde, auch wenn es in eine veränderte Form.
Das Anerkennung-Modell besteht aus zwei Teile.
Die erste ist das variable Rabattmodel, gültig für alle Beraterinnen, neu oder seit Jahren bei Avon.
Ab 1 € bis 99,99 € 10 %
von 100 € bis 199,99 € 15 %
von 200 € bis 394,99 € 25 %
von 395 € 35 %
Der zweite Teil besteht darin, die Beraterinnen, die länger beim Avon sind,und viel verkaufen, für ihre Arbeit zu belohnen. Es wird anhand des letzten Quartals berechnet und ist für das nächste Quartal gültig.
Es besteht aus 5 Stufen:
Stufe 1 Bronze , von 1 € bis zum 299,99 € Quartalsumsatz. Wenn eine Beraterin diese Stufe erreicht hat, hat sich 10 % Rabat auf alle Bestellungen für das nächste Quartal gesichert. Hat sie größere Bestellungen, bekommt sie automatisch den Variablen Rabat.
Stufe 2 Silber, von 300 € bis zum 549,99 € Quartalsumsatz. Wenn eine Beraterin diese Stufe erreicht hat, hat sich 15 % Rabat auf alle Bestellungen für das nächste Quartal gesichert. Hat sie größere Bestellungen, bekommt sie automatisch den Variablen Rabat.
Stufe 3 Gold, von 550 € bis 1.099,99 € Quartalsumsatz. Wenn eine Beraterin diese Stufe erreicht hat, hat sich 25 % Rabat auf alle Bestellungen für das nächste Quartal gesichert. Hat sie größere Bestellungen, bekommt sie automatisch den Variablen Rabat.
Stufe 4 Platin, von 1.100 € bis 3.299,99 € Quartalsumsatz. Wenn eine Beraterin diese Stufe erreicht hat, hat sich 35 % Rabat auf alle Bestellungen für das nächste Quartal gesichert. Hat sie größere Bestellungen, bekommt sie automatisch den Variablen Rabat.
Stufe 5 Diamant, ab 3300 Quartalsumsatz. Wenn eine Beraterin diese Stufe erreicht hat, hat sich 38 % Rabat auf alle Bestellungen für das nächste Quartal gesichert. Dieses Rabat ist bereits größer als der Variablen Rabat, das höchste gewinn.
Nur es gibt noch einige Vorteile, die nach der Anerkennungsstufe geteilt sind, die werde ich jetzt nicht einzeln und für jede Stufe schreiben.

Am Anfang klingt ein bisschen kompliziert, wenn man es ein paar mal durchgelesen hat, oder die Vorteile der eigenen stufe, dann wird es leichter.
Auch die Geschenke haben sich geändert. Im Quartal 4 2022 dürfen sich die Beraterinnen der Stufe 1-2 ein Geschenk im Monat November aussuchen, wenn sie eine gewisse Summe erreicht haben.
Die Beraterinnen der Stufe 3, dürfen sich im November zwischen 2 Geschenke aussuchen, je nachdem welche Summe sie erreicht haben.
Für die Stufen 4 und 5 sind anstatt die üblichen Geschenke aus Avon Produkte Gutscheine vorgesehen.
Die Gutscheine kann man bei 200 Anbieter einlösen, und man kann sich aussuchen, was man will.

New discount model for Avon consultants

Today I would like to introduce you to some new features of the Avon.
The new discount model came into effect on October 1st 2022. In January 2021, the last change to the discount model was avon
Since then, many consultants have complained because they didn’t really understand the cumulative, retrospective discount, or because the credit on the bill irritated them.
I thought it was great that no matter how many orders you made in a month, when you reach a higher level, you get profit for that level.
So the Avon decided we needed a change. Avon called this change recognition (Anerkennung) because they want to recognize those who work more, who sell a lot.
Avon Anerkennung is actually based on the loyalty program we used to have, which was changed in January last year. I really liked this loyalty program, and I guess I wasn’t the only one. It may be that many Consultants have written to Avon and that the program would be reinstated, albeit in a different form.
The recognition model consists of two parts.
The first is the variable discount model, valid for all Consultants who are new to Avon or have been with Avon for years.
From €1 to €99.99 10%
from €100 to €199.99 15%
from €200 to €394.99 25%
from €395 35%
The second part is to reward the consultants who have been with Avon longer and sell a lot for their work. It is calculated based on the last quarter and is valid for the next quarter.
It consists of 5 stages:
Tier 1 Bronze, from €1 to €299.99 quarterly sales. When a Consultant reaches this level, they have secured a 10% discount on all orders for the next quarter. If she has larger orders, she automatically gets the variable discount.
Tier 2 Silver, from €300 to €549.99 quarterly sales. When a Consultant reaches this level, they have secured a 15% discount on all orders for the next quarter. If she has larger orders, she automatically gets the variable discount.
Tier 3 Gold, from €550 to €1,099.99 quarterly revenue. When a Consultant reaches this level, they have secured a 25% discount on all orders for the next quarter. If she has larger orders, she automatically gets the variable discount.
Level 4 Platinum, from €1,100 to €3,299.99 quarterly sales. When a Consultant reaches this level, they have secured a 35% discount on all orders for the next quarter. If she has larger orders, she automatically gets the variable discount.
Level 5 Diamond, from, 3300 quarterly sales. When a Consultant reaches this level, they have secured a 38% discount on all orders for the next quarter. This discount is already greater than the variable discount, the highest win.
Only there are still some benefits that are divided according to the recognition level, I will not write them individually and for each level now.

Sounds a bit complicated at first, after reading through it a few times, or the benefits of your own level, it becomes easier.
The gifts have also changed. In quarter 4 2022, the advisors of level 1-2 can choose a gift in the month of November when they have reached a certain amount.
The level 3 advisors can choose between 2 gifts in November, depending on the amount they have reached.
For levels 4 and 5, vouchers are provided instead of the usual gifts from Avon products.

Nou model de reduceri pentru reprezentantele Avon
Salutare dragilor si bine ați venit pe blogul meu.
Astăzi aș dori să vă prezint câteva noi beneficii la Avon.
Noul model de reducere a intrat în vigoare la 1 octombrie 2022. În ianuarie 2021, a fost ultima modificare a modelului de reducere.
De atunci, multe reprezentante s-au plâns pentru că nu prea au înțeles reducerea cumulativă, retrospectivă, sau pentru că i-a iritat creditul de pe factură.
Mie mi se părea grozav că indiferent de câte comenzi ai făcut într-o lună, când ajungi la un nivel superior, obții profit pentru acel nivel.
Așa că Avon a decis că avem nevoie de o schimbare. Avon a numit această schimbare recunoaștere(Anerkennung) pentru că vor să-i recunoască pe cei care muncesc mai mult, care vând mult.
Recunoașterea Avon se bazează de fapt pe programul de loialitate pe care îl aveam înainte, care a fost schimbat în ianuarie anul trecut.Mi-a plăcut foarte mult acest program de fidelitate și cred că nu am fost singura. Este posibil ca multe Reprezentante să fi scris la Avon și astfel programul a fost restabilit, deși într-o formă diferită.
Modelul de recunoaștere este format din două părți.
Primul este modelul de reducere variabilă, valabil pentru toți Consultanții care sunt noi în Avon sau care sunt cu Avon de ani.
De la 1 EUR la 99,99 EUR 10%
de la 100 € la 199,99 € 15%
de la 200 € la 394,99 € 25%
de la 395 € 35%
A doua parte este de a recompensa reprezentantele care sunt cu Avon mai mult timp și vând foarte mult, pentru munca lor. Se calculează pe baza ultimului trimestru și este valabil pentru trimestrul următor.
Se compune din 5 etape:

Treapta 2 Argint, vânzări trimestriale de la 300 EUR la 549,99 EUR. Când o reprezentanta ajunge la acest nivel, și-a asigurat o reducere de 15% la toate comenzile pentru următorul trimestru. Dacă are comenzi mai mari, ea primește automat reducerea variabilă.
Treapta 3 Aur, de la 550 EUR la 1.099,99 EUR venituri trimestriale. Când o reprezentanta ajunge la acest nivel, și-a asigurat o reducere de 25% la toate comenzile pentru următorul trimestru. Dacă are comenzi mai mari, ea primește automat reducerea variabilă.
Treapta 4 Platina, de la 1.100 EUR la 3.299,99 EUR vânzări trimestriale. Când o reprezentanta ajunge la acest nivel, și-a asigurat o reducere de 35% la toate comenzile pentru următorul trimestru. Dacă are comenzi mai mari, ea primește automat reducerea variabilă.
Treapta 5 Diamant, de la 3300 vânzări trimestriale. Când o reprezentanta ajunge la acest nivel, și-a asigurat o reducere de 38% la toate comenzile pentru următorul trimestru. Această reducere este deja mai mare decât reducerea variabilă, cel mai mare câștig.
Doar că mai sunt câteva beneficii care sunt împărțite în funcție de nivelul de recunoaștere, nu le voi scrie acum individual și pentru fiecare nivel.

Sună puțin complicat la început, după ce l-ai citit de câteva ori, sau beneficiile propriului nivel, devine mai ușor.
Cadourile s-au schimbat și ele. În trimestrul 4 2022, reprezentantele de nivel 1-2 pot alege un cadou în luna noiembrie când au atins o anumită sumă.
Reprezentantele de nivel 3 pot alege între 2 cadouri în noiembrie, în funcție de suma la care au ajuns.
Pentru nivelurile 4 și 5 se oferă Vouchere în locul cadourilor obișnuite de produse Avon.
Voucherele pot fi valorificate la 200 de furnizori, iar tu poți alege ce vrei.
